The Provision

Pure Chesapeake blue crab, devoid of filler. Pan-seared in clarified butter, served with preserved lemon remoulade over micro-greens.

Locally sourced Chincoteague and Sweet Jesus oysters. Accompanied by a blood orange mignonette and fresh horseradish.

Maryland-style Rye whiskey, charred cedar essence, aromatic bitters, and a house-cured brandied cherry.

Local botanical gin, clarified grapefruit, pressed sea salt, topped with dry prosecco. Served up.

Welcome cocktails served upon entry. The oyster bar opens in the courtyard.

Stations open for signature Crab Cakes and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Live jazz ensemble begins. Dessert tier and specialty paired digestifs.
